At Pamela’s Creation, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality sarees and imitation jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products such as earrings, jewelry sets, and any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at pamela@pamelascreation.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery, items that are not in their original condition, or items with missing parts.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for refunds:
    • Earrings, jewelry sets (due to hygiene reasons)
    • Items marked as “Final Sale”
    • Gift cards

3. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at pamela@pamelascreation.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the issue and, if approved, send a replacement item or issue a refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at pamela@pamelascreation.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
